Dorset is proud to have an active Homeowners Association that works hard to keep our community a great place to live.

 

Dorset HOA is a not-for-profit Georgia Corporation incorporated with the objective of working towards the betterment of the neighborhood by establishing and maintaining common community interest, protecting property values, and presenting a unified voice for the Dorset area residents in matters of mutual concern via covenants and restrictions.

 

The Dorset HOA provides community leadership, architectural control and covenant enforcement, operation and maintenance of recreation facilities, provides community events; and youth and adult sports.
